MAKING A PURCHASE

Making a purchase could not be any easier. Just browse through our online store page, clicking on the products you wish to purchase and place them into the shopping basket then proceed to the checkout.

You may return goods if found to be faulty or by prior arrangement with the management within 7 working days of receipt of goods. Your money will be refunded within 30 days of cancelation. You are held responsible of any returning unwanted goods or having the goods collected.

If you do not want to order on the website you can call us on 01530-810625 extension 1 and order over the phone with your card details.

 

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

It is our policy to process all orders with the utmost urgency, and it is our aim to deliver your product next business day. However any orders made after 3pm will be shipped out on the next business day's delivery service. Should there be any items on back order then you will be made aware of this.

 

PRICE AND PROMOTIONS

Although we do our best to make sure all context and prices are correct on this website we will not be held responsible for human error and pricing errors.

Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
